Straight after payment you're taken to a confirmation page, and your files appear in My library in your Kerb account. We also email you a link.

Your purchases are saved to a free Kerb account for your email address, so you can download them again any time, from any device. If you're new, it's created for you at checkout. There's no password: you sign in with a one-time email link, or with Google.

Yes. Download as often as you need from your account. Updated versions of a product appear there automatically.

Payments are handled securely by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. You can pay with major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and often Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on your device. Kerb never sees your card details.

Each product lists its formats. Most templates are edited in Canva (the free plan works for most), and trackers work in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

Your download includes a link that opens a copy of the template in your own Canva account. Your copy is yours to edit. Changes never affect anyone else's.

Yes. Every product is designed to be customised with your logo, colours, fonts, photos and details.

Yes. Contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your order number. If a file is faulty or not as described, we'll fix it or refund you at any time. See the Refund Policy.
