2. Our reseller: Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries relating to payment and handles returns and refunds of payments. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
3. What we sell
Kerb creates digital products: downloadable templates, guides, spreadsheets and similar files for real-estate professionals. You can buy them one at a time or in bundles, or become a member (see section 7). No physical goods are shipped. Each product page describes what’s included and which software you need to use it (for example Canva, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel). Those programs are made by other companies and are not part of your purchase.
4. Your account
Your purchases are saved to a Kerb account linked to your email address, so you can download them again. If you buy without signing in, an account is created for that email. You sign in with a one-time email link or with Google; there is no password. Keep access to your email account secure. You must be at least 18 and buying for your business or professional use.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Paddle calculates the final VAT for your country at checkout.
- Payment is taken by Paddle. Kerb never sees or stores your card details.
- If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full.
- Discount codes can’t be exchanged for cash and may have conditions or expiry dates.
6. Delivery
Your files are made available in your Kerb library as soon as Paddle confirms your payment, and we email you a confirmation. If something goes wrong with delivery, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
7. Memberships
How memberships work
A membership gives you credits every month, which you can use to claim eligible products, plus the member discount and other benefits shown for your plan on the Membership page. A product you claim with credits is yours to keep, with the same licence as a product you buy, even after your membership ends. Each product page shows what it costs in credits; some products can’t be claimed with credits. Credit costs may change, but that never affects products you’ve already claimed.
Billing and renewal
- Memberships are paid monthly or yearly, in advance, through Paddle, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- If the price of your plan goes up, we’ll tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then. If your plan says your price is locked for as long as you stay a member, it won’t change while your membership continues without a break.
- Discount codes can’t be used on memberships, or together with a member discount.
Credits
- Credits have no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money, transferred or refunded, and can only be used on Kerb.
- New credits arrive each month on your billing date. Annual plans also receive credits monthly.
- Unused credits carry over to the next month, up to your plan’s limit. Credits above the limit expire when the next month starts. We email you about a week before credits would expire.
- Extra credits you buy last 12 months, don’t count towards the carry-over limit, and can only be used while your membership is active.
- On monthly plans, products marked Flagship can be claimed once you’ve paid for 1 month. On annual plans they can be claimed straight away.
Changing, pausing and cancelling
- Upgrading takes effect straight away: you pay the difference for the rest of your current period (shown before you confirm) and receive the difference in monthly credits.
- Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal. Unused credits above the new plan’s limit expire then.
- Pausing is possible after 2 paid months, for up to 2 months in any 12 months. A pause starts at the end of the period you’ve paid for. While paused you aren’t charged and receive no new credits; your credits are kept but can’t be used until you resume. You can resume early at any time.
- Cancelling is possible at any time in your account. Your membership continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Your unused credits are kept for 60 days after it ends; if you rejoin within that time you get them back, otherwise they expire. Everything you claimed stays in your library.
Money-back guarantee
If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment and haven’t claimed anything yet (including free items), you can cancel in your account for a full refund. Your membership then ends straight away and its credits are removed. This is in addition to your rights explained in our Refund Policy.
Team memberships
- A team (Agency) membership is managed by the person who pays for it (the owner). The owner is responsible for payment, and the owner and any admins they choose manage the team, its seats and its members.
- Team members claim from the team’s shared credits, within the monthly limit for each person and any budget the team sets. Products the team claims belong to the team and come with the team licence described in our Licence Terms.
- Someone who leaves or is removed from the team loses access to the team’s products. Anything they bought for themselves stays theirs.
- Extra seats are billed with the membership. A seat added part-way through a period is charged for the rest of it.
Fair use
A Kerb account is for one person. Don’t share your sign-in or your downloads. We monitor downloads to protect our members and products, and we may suspend a membership or account that breaks these terms or the Licence Terms.
8. Refunds and your right to cancel
Please see our Refund Policy. It explains how refunds work and how EU rules on digital content apply when you choose immediate access to your downloads or credits.
9. Licence
When you buy or claim a product you receive a licence to use it, as described in our Licence Terms. Ownership of the products and their designs stays with Kerb.
10. Our responsibility
We take care to make our products accurate and useful, but they are templates. You’re responsible for the content you create with them, including checking that it’s accurate and meets the advertising and property-marketing rules in your area. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. For memberships, we’ll tell you about important changes before they apply, and you can cancel if you don’t agree.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
