Licence Terms

What you can and can't do with Kerb products.

When you buy a Kerb product, or claim it with membership credits, you get a personal business licence. Kerb keeps ownership of the product and its designs. You get the right to use them as described below.

You can

  • Edit and customise the products as much as you like, with your own branding, photos and wording.
  • Use what you create to market your own properties, services and business, online and in print.
  • Share the finished materials you’ve made (for example a social post or a client guide) with your clients and audience.
  • Use the products for as long as you like. The licence doesn’t expire.

You can’t

  • Resell, share, give away or redistribute the products or editable template files, whether changed or unchanged.
  • Use them to create templates or products for sale to others.
  • Share your Canva template links or download files with people outside your business.
  • Claim the original designs as your own work.

Teams and agencies

One personal licence covers one agent, or one business’s own marketing run by a single person.

With a team (Agency) membership, products claimed by the team come with a team licence: everyone in the team may use them for the team’s business while they’re a member of it. Materials you made while you were a member can stay in use after you leave, but you may not download the products or make new materials from them once you’ve left. For other multi-agent or multi-office use, please contact us.

Licence IDs

Every licence has an ID (for example KRB-3F2A9C1B7D). It’s shown on your order and in your library, and added to the name of every file you download. Please don’t remove or change it: it identifies your licence and helps us deal with files that are shared without permission.

Breaking these terms

If these terms are broken, we may end the licence and remove access to downloads. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
