Questions

Where do I get the market figures?

Use your own sales data or public property-price sources for your area. The templates have clearly marked places for each figure.

How do I get my files?

Straight after payment, the product appears in your Kerb library. Download it there any time. We also email you a link.

Do I need an account?

Your purchase is saved to a Kerb account for your email address. If you're new, it's created for you at checkout. You sign in with a one-time email link, so there's no password to remember.

Can I use it for my clients and my agency?

Yes, for your own business: marketing your listings and serving your clients. You can't resell or share the editable templates. See the Licence Terms.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.
